What We Offer

JK Property prides itself on the quality of the houses it provides its students. All houses are fully furnished and fitted, and contain all of the modern appliances you would expect from a leading student accomodation company. Your contract would provide a tenancy agreement for one year, during which the contents of the house, as well as the house itself, would be insured.

Provided with the house are a number of extra features, not often provided by other landlords. A TV, microwave, full cutlery set and kitchenware are all provided as standard. The bedrooms contain a brand new single or double bed (depending on the size of the rooms), a wardrobe, desk, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet, mirror, waste papaer bin and shelving.
