Background Information

Thank you for visiting our website. We're glad you're taking an interest in our houses, so I think it's time to tell you little bit more about our company. We started the company at the beginning of 2003, where we purchased our first home to rent to students. It took a while to renovate the house and get it to the standard we think all students should expect from their home, as we completed most of the work ourselves.

Once we had finished our first house, we had learnt so much about the whole process, and decided to expand. So we purchased two more houses and started work on those too. Since then we've grown and now own a number of homes all over Middlesbrough. All of our homes are well kept, after all, we put our heart and soul into making them as nice as they are!

So why do we go to so much effort to make a quality student living environment? Well, after seeing what else was on offer from other student accomodation companies, we thought that you deserved better. People expect a well kept, tidy, modern and warm place to live while they're at home, and we think that being at university should be no different.
