Position: Junior Web Developer - Research and Development

My position within the company means that I have many responsibilites. I help to maintain the online customer web systems, as well as build new applications to further improve the existing functionality. Problem breakdowns, planning, solving and implementing mean that I use cutting edge web technologies to help the company support both its internal staff and external customer base.
My role included the design and implementation of ASP.NET web applications, the extension of current ASP.NET applications, and the conversion of older ASP websites to the .NET platform. I also used CAD packages to document the applications and developed a house style for coding them.

Position: Customer Sales Advisor and Delivery Assisstant
Employment Dates: October 2001 - September 2002
My duties included serving customers, both on the tills and on the phone, using a computer to answer customer queries, collecting goods and ensuring the customer received them. For the last few months I was a delivery assistant and was given the responsibilities of checking incoming stock, organising the stockrooms and warehouse, maintaining the stock control computer system and ensuring the team was organised and focused.
